Jeff, I came across this as I was vetting churches in your area for a relative. That message was one of the best, if not THE best explanation of this very important doctrine the I have ever heard. So many of our brothers and sisters in Christ have been deceived by this false view. Sadly, I believe that most of them really love the Lord and are genuinely seeking a deeper relationship with Him. That is not the way though as it creates a division between those who think they have experienced the “baptism of the Holy Spirit” and those who haven’t. This idea can also lead some to feel like they have something other Christians don’t have, leading to a veiled pride. I have downloaded your message and would like to share it if that is ok. Thanks!
