2 Timothy 2:20-21

2 Timothy 2:20-21 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

God wants to “show you off” for His glory. Remember, God wants to share with everyone, the entire universe, the “incomparable riches of His grace” (Ephesians 2:7). He does this by presenting us as examples, and we are obedient to him by offering our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God. (Romans 12:1) God has chosen the lives of all believers to show His glory in the ages to come alongside Christ. What an honor! What a privilege! May our cry be that of Isaiah, “Here I am Lord, send me”! (Isaiah 6:8) Taken from Verse of the Day – Pastor Tom
